Ms Amanda Bates is a Clinical Nurse Consultant in the Neonatal Critical Care Unit (NCCU) at Mater Mothers Hospital (Brisbane). She has interests in palliative care, quality improvement (QI) and developmental care for infants. She has led many QI projects in the NCCU and is also passionate about education. Ms Bates is particularly interested in the clinical care of infants with complex surgical or cardiac conditions.
