Prita is an internationally-trained paediatric palliative care practitioner. In 2021, she joined Cincinnati Children’s Hospital in the US as a paediatric palliative social work fellow. Prior to that, Prita had been working with Rachel House—Indonesia's first home-based paediatric palliative care service—managing service delivery, education, and advocacy efforts to establish paediatric palliative care in the Indonesian healthcare system since 2013.

Her diverse experience across multiple healthcare settings in Indonesia, United States, and Australia (where she obtained her Master of Social Work from the University of Melbourne), has fuelled her passion for developing palliative care services & education in resource-limited settings and improving palliative care access for culturally and linguistically diverse patients and families.
